Shipping rates will vary according to shipment weight and delivery destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Standard International Shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 60 business days or more depending on location. If you would like to expedite your shipment please use the Priority International Shipping method.

Fitness Fox no longer ships orders to countries in the Middle East. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occasions where packages are never received because of the insecure and unstable delivery methods between the US and these countries.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase.
All of our orders are sent through First Class through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. USPS may provide a delivery day estimate with your tracking number. Please note that this is just an estimate, and in many cases have taken up to 10 business days longer than predicted.

The domestic shipping process usually takes 3 - 10 business days. If your order shows delivered to the correct address or an address incorrectly input by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to track down the package.

My order has been stuck in one location for days! What gives?
Often times USPS may have "freeze" periods where they will not update tracking information for many days. This unfortunately, is out of our control. We know, it sucks! But the best thing to do is just wait for the package to get moving again. More than likely the "freeze" will only last a few days.
If you have not received your package within 15 business days of the ship date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a close relationship with our local post office and we are always willing to assist with any questions concerning shipping.
My package says "delivered" but I can't find it anywhere!
While we promise to help you the best we can, if this issue arrises, the quickest way to find your package is the take your tracking number to your local post office. They will be the most helpful in finding your package. Unfortunately, there's very little we can do to locate your package from our office.
