Our headbands are “one-size fits most,” however, we understand that everyone’s head is shaped a little different. That’s why we are happy to offer free adjusting of your headbands. We can make your headband up to 1 inch looser, and up to 2 inches tighter.
We are happy to exchange your unworn, unopened headband for another headband or store credit within 8 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for Exchanges and Adjustments. In the US, customer will be invoiced for $1.60 for standard first-class shipping, or $3.00 if customer prefers first-class shipping with a tracking number.
Fitness Fox does not offer refunds, only store credit.

Knit fabrics, including spandex/lycra and nylon/polyester blends, tend to "curl" or "roll" under along the edges. This natural property of the our spandex fabric is not preventable. However, this will not affect the width of your headband or the absorption of sweat.
We recommend hand washing your headbands in cold water and lay flat to dry. If you would like your headbands to fit slightly tighter, simply throw them in the dryer after a wash. Dry on medium to high heat.
