We recommend you wash your headbands in cold water on delicate cycle. To avoid curled edges we suggest you lay them flat to dry.
Make sure you wash your headband after each wear, especially if you sweat a lot. As with your workout clothes, it's important to wash out all the germs that you pick up at the gym and from outside. Not washing your headbands will give them a "crunchy" texture. Wash your headbands often so they can retain their elasticity and absorbency for your next sweat session.
